Goal and Intention Setting: New Year's Edition
In this solo episode, I share my thoughts after reflecting on 2020. I talk about how I'm extending grace and compassion to myself for surviving this collectively difficult and long year. When wishing to set New Year's goals, I dive into the reasons I have not succeeded with goal setting in the past. My new process and approach has included setting goals out of inspiration vs. shame, no longer expecting perfection from myself, and redefining productivity.
